Peace-of-Mind Tools
A scaffold for independence
MiM is also exploring optional safety features designed to give Travelers and Supporters additional confidence, such as location sharing and a one-tap help signal if someone becomes disoriented.
These features are currently being refined with Trailblazer families.
MiM is not a medical or emergency service. It is a daily life system designed to support independence while keeping people connected.
Where MiM Fits
When a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s or another cognitive condition arrives, families are usually given two types of support:
Medical care
Neurologists, medications, scans, and clinical research.
Long-term care planning
Assisted living, memory care, and later-stage services.
But there is a large period in between.
Months or even years when someone is still living at home, still capable, still themselves in many ways. Daily life can become confusing and overwhelming.
That is the gap MiM is designed to fill.
MiM is not a treatment and it is not a care facility. It is a daily-life system that helps Travelers and Supporters create structure, purpose, and connection during the early stages of change.
It turns “What do we do now?” into a simple rhythm for the day.
